About Kris and Meg
We are Kris and Meg - also known as Krzysztof and Michelle - a Polish and Filipino couple who met on the 21st hour of the 21st day of the 21st year of the 21st century. We *officially* became a couple on 7th July (07.07) 2021. As you can see, we both love our numbers!
From the surface, it may seem like we are two very different people. And we are. Kris is more introverted, private and reflective; whilst Meg is more extroverted, outgoing and expressive. However, as they say, opposites really do attract. Our shared aspiration for growth, our love for music and art, our trait of being romantics, and our desire for adventure bring us together in beautiful ways.

Our engagement story
Låvi, Norway. 7th May 2023.
It was a glorious spring day in a little tucked away village in Norway when Kris took me to a lake surrounded by majestic mountains. It was so peaceful that all I could hear were the sound of the birds singing, the gentle rush of the water towards the shore, and our hearts beating with the purest joy. It was the most beautiful thing I have ever seen.

While I was attempting to capture the moment in this magical paradise, Kris held my hand, mildly shaking, and got down on one knee. He uttered a four-word question with a slight crack in his voice.
“Will you marry me?”
Our eyes locked for what seemed to be a split second and eternity at the same time. It was just the two of us, frozen in time under the Norwegian sun, with no one there aside from a herd of sheep witnessing our promise of forever. Nothing else mattered.
I burst into tears realising that this man - my greatest love and my best friend - wants to spend the rest of his life with me. I gathered everything that’s left of my consciousness to respond.
“Yes,” I said. “Of course I will marry you.”
